DMCA Policy for Orange Christmas Sugar Cookies

Orange Christmas Sugar Cookies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If material that you have posted to the Orange Christmas Sugar Cookies website has been removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. When we receive a counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question. To file a counter-notification, you must provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
